Located inside Studio 413 and home to Peace Hair Co Education, the 413 Academy combines technical education, real-world experience, and business strategy into one complete learning system.

Why We Created the 413 Method
When we first entered the beauty industry, we had one question that never left us:

We wanted to understand why some stylists built thriving businesses while others struggled. Why luxury services felt out of reach for so many clients. Why education often taught techniques but not the mindset behind them.
As we grew behind the chair, we realized something. You can build a luxury business without losing your heart for people.
